Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Estimator to accurately estimate the cost, time, and materials required for residential electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our project managers and field team. Exceptional politeness and client interaction skills are essential for this role.
We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Estimator to accurately estimate the cost, time, and materials required for residential electrical projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, specifications, and electrical requirements to develop accurate estimates
- Meet with Clients in-person to establish estimate expectations
- Prepare and submit detailed estimates to homeowners and contractors for residential electrical projects
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure all aspects of the project are understood and accounted for
- Update and maintain estimating databases and records
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best prices for materials and labor
- Attend project meetings as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the residential sector
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and construction processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional politeness and great client interaction skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
