Our company has been around since 2019, and we have been working hard to provide quality services to our customers. Over the years, we’ve formed many friendly relationships and have been successful in our quest to provide safety upgrades to people in and around the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia area.

After spending 15 years in various commercial and residential construction settings, owner and Master Electrician, Frank set out on his own with the mindset to do things a better way. With an abundance of electrical knowledge and a vision to create an ethical company with a healthy work environment and a client-first approach to projects, Green To Ground was born. Our company is a collaborative effort of hardworking individuals who function as a family unit. We believe success stems from being accountable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. G2G promotes growth from within by supporting apprentices through their education to licensing to ensure we produce and employ high-quality electricians. We pride ourselves on upholding the highest standards to build professional relationships with our clients and contractors alike.

Meet Frank Stankiewicz, Our Master Electrician
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work, Master Electrician Frank Stankiewicz founded Green to Ground with a clear mission: do electrical work better. Frank built the company on a foundation of communication, transparency and safety because he believes that no matter the size of the job, the process should always be straightforward.
Under his leadership, the Green to Ground team offers free estimates on larger projects, flexible financing and a fully-equipped service van for rapid response. When you work with Green to Ground, you’re working with a company where the owner still cares about every detail.
